A new study proves that men who are seriously involved in lifting weights can lift much heavier objects after watching an erotic video. Scientists showed different types of video clips to male athletes, and then studied their performances after training. They found changes in testosterone levels in the saliva test. Those who got to watch videos of erotic content, were more productive than those who watched videos of other content.
Viewing different kinds of clips gives incredibly different results from the analysis of saliva. Men can lift heavier weight after watching porn videos. Sensuality, aggression, humor, training and motivation are the clips that caused a noticeable increase in testosterone levels. But the sad and neutral clips caused a significant drop in testosterone levels in the samples. Samples of saliva were collected immediately before viewing, and also 15 minutes after viewing the 4-minute clip. Athletes had to lift the weight in three sets.
Significant improvements were noted after the study participants watched clips of certain content. This study, as well as previous ones similar to it, once again confirms the truth: sex enhances the performance of an athlete. Although previously it was believed that before the start, in any case, you can not have sex. Back in the 50s and 60s, people thought that sex had a negative impact on the performance of athletes. Sex eliminates mental fatigue.
