The most powerful solar flares and, as a consequence, the most severe magnetic storms are predicted by experts in August. This will affect the health of Ukrainians with severe headaches, increased nervous activity, and worsening of the condition of hypertensive patients. Therefore, scientists recommend replenishing supplies of migraine remedies, not giving in to stress and various provocations, and also resting more.

The eleven-year cycle of solar activity with its peak will fall in August, bringing real "storms". According to the astronomical observatory, up to two hundred flares lasting two to three hours are expected per day. The Earth entered the peak of solar activity back in 2009, and now we are approaching its maximum values.

According to experts, up to ten, and sometimes more, groups of spots are observed on the surface of the Sun every day, each of which significantly exceeds the size of the Earth. Spots are understood to be zones of concentration of magnetic energy, which over time influence the formation of solar flares. And after one or several days, when our planet enters the channel of released and moving particles, a magnetic storm occurs.

The increase in solar activity will occur on July 29-30, the first two days of August, but the most difficult dates will be August 4, 5, 6.

Astrologers' advice extends to limiting physical activity, canceling important matters and refusing to travel. During this period, the risk of disasters is increased, there is a high probability of a sharp deterioration in health. If you suffer from chronic diseases, you have problems with the cardiovascular system, then you should be vigilant. It is important to always have pills on hand, monitor blood pressure, and not overexert yourself.

Give up coffee, spicy foods, and alcohol for a while, the consumption of which increases nervous excitability, irritability, and aggressiveness.

In August, it is better to "immerse yourself" by doing meditation or calming auto-training. Positive notes like: "I am happy!", "I am in a great mood", etc. can help. Drink herbal tea and turn solar flares to your advantage, as a time to stop and not succumb to another stress.

For people who are particularly sensitive to magnetic storms, a decoction of birch leaves and bark is recommended as a life-saving medicine. This fact was confirmed by testing on laboratory rodents. The mice were divided into groups, each of which was given infusions of white and low birch, as well as fireweed. After that, the mice were launched into a maze, where conditions were created that replicated the negative impact of a magnetic storm. As it turned out, the rodents taking the infusion of low birch felt much better than their other relatives. They continued to explore the new terrain, actively moving on the light side of the maze, while their fellows hid in dark corners.

Researchers agreed that a decoction of low birch has a similar effect on the human body.
