Doctors of the United States have added to the list of diseases that can cause nicotine. As a result of recent studies, doctors report that smoking can cause blindness, impotence, oncological formations of the large intestine, liver, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility.
The report of the chief medical officer of the United States, Boris Lushnyak, says that the current cigarettes are more likely to provoke lung cancer than half a century ago. Today, smokers are more likely to develop lung cancer, although people now smoke an order of fewer cigarettes a day. B. Lushnyak also announced a list of diseases that can provoke modern cigarettes: malignant neoplasms of the large intestine, liver, age-related manicure degeneration (problems with eyesight), diabetes.
In addition, smokers are at risk for serious diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, impotence, tuberculosis, decreased immunity, for women, smoking is dangerous infertility and breast cancer. The report also mentioned the risk for passive smokers who are at risk of a stroke.
Boris Lushnyak noticed that almost 500 thousand people will die of various diseases caused by nicotine this year. Every day more than three thousand people first try to smoke. In addition, according to the Chief Sanitary Doctor of America, the latest newfangled movements in the culture of smoking, in particular the emergence of electronic cigarettes, which fix a false opinion in the minds of people that this way of smoking does not pose a health hazard. Scientists have already managed to prove that an electronic cigarette is no less dangerous than normal. A substitute for a tobacco drug poses an immediate threat to the human body. Nicotine, which is part of the electronic cigarette, is not associated with smoke, but with water vapor. The substance is perceived by the body as natural, which leads to the fact that the body more easily absorbs nicotine. In addition, the smoker regularly inhales harmful toxic substances, which secrete the heating cartridge, which is part of the design of the electronic cigarette.
