Scientists said that in the next few years will be developed the most effective diet, based on the genetic program. For each person will be selected individual diet, as a result of extra pounds will go without much effort.

Scientists - geneticists said that very soon strict diet will remain in the past and people who want to normalize their weight, do not have to count calories, starve themselves, etc.

The new diet can appear in 5 years, according to scientists, when choosing a diet, DNA data will be taken into account and a certain set of products will be selected for each person.

Experts have already carried out several studies in this field, and the first stage has already been completed - the sequencing of genomes. For this analysis, the patient's saliva is required, special automatic sensors process information about a person, in particular about nutrition, stress, exercise, etc. It should be noted that already this method is used in diagnostics, although the procedure is not yet available to the masses, is quite acceptable.

After collecting all the necessary information, the computer program processes all data and creates an individual diet. According to scientists, such a diet will be more effective than everyone that is known today, because the DNA is based on the diet.

Modern mobile devices will make the technology of a personal diet more accessible. Already today, gadgets can receive information about the temperature or heartbeat of the "host," and experts believe that they can easily add the function of sequencing genomes. This approach will allow to develop an individual diet for weight loss quickly and effectively.

Also, experts emphasize that the selection of products will be made taking into account the tastes and preferences of a person, so do not have to sharply limit yourself, and the process of reducing weight will proceed as easily as possible. In addition, this will prevent the likelihood of failure, which often occurs with a sharp restriction in food.

The findings of American specialists were confirmed by colleagues from Canada who are also confident that a personal diet based on DNA data will be the most effective.

Another research group believes that obesity is promoted by the pelvic bone. According to scientists, over the course of life the bones of the human skeleton continue to grow, but after 20 years the bones begin to grow in width, rather than in length.

Scientists noted that in the elderly people have a wider pelvis, an average of 2.5 cm more, which also indicates a change in the bones of the skeleton. Researchers have suggested that in the elderly, the waist can be wider not only because of fat deposits, but also because of the expansion of pelvic bones. The growth of bones can not be affected either by diet, or physical exertion and the weight of a person gradually increases. Experts calculated that for a year because of the growth of bones a person collects on average up to 500 g.

The group of scientists made their conclusions after studying the physical parameters of more than 200 patients of different ages.
