Fat deposits are often problem areas that many girls struggle with with varying degrees of success. Dreaming of having a slim figure, some of them choose the gym, while others choose strict diets. But it often happens that in a certain area the fat layer does not want to decrease, despite all the efforts.

It turns out that all this is not a coincidence: scientists have proven that the location of fat deposits in certain places can indicate the presence of problems in the body.

For example, persistent localization of the fat layer in the abdominal area indicates that a woman may have problems with nerves, or her psycho-emotional balance may be disturbed. Such people are often subject to stress, they can be conflictual, impressionable or irritable. In order for extra pounds to "go away" more easily, it is necessary to have quality rest and receive more positive emotions.

If excess fat deposits are observed mainly in the abdomen and hips, this clearly indicates a violation of carbohydrate metabolism in the female body. To eliminate the problem, scientists recommend that such women pay attention to low-carbohydrate diets, with a sharp limitation of sweet dishes and baked goods.

The accumulation of extra pounds in the hips and sides may be a consequence of thyroid dysfunction. In such a situation, it is quite difficult to reduce the fat layer only with the help of physical exercise: you will need to review your diet and make some adjustments to it - for example, reduce the content of heavy metals in food.

A noticeably excessive amount of fat on the forearms, mammary glands and inner thighs is formed due to an imbalance of sex hormones – in particular, due to an increase in the concentration of estrogens in the body. Before trying to get rid of such accumulations, it is necessary to visit an endocrinologist and take tests for the content of the main sex hormones in the blood.

Full knees and calf areas can be the result of electrolyte imbalance and water-salt metabolism in the body. Women with this problem are advised to sharply reduce the amount of table salt in their diet, as well as review the daily volume of liquid consumed.

The above conclusions were obtained by scientists – specialists of a well-known clinical diagnostic center of one of the American states. Research and laboratory testing continued for quite a long time, and the scientific staff of the center are completely confident in the accuracy of the obtained pattern. Moreover, many medical experts predict the use of research data in clinical diagnostic practice to clarify diseases.

It is too early to talk about the introduction of this diagnostic method, since such a procedure requires a lot of time and financial costs. But in the future, specialists in the field of diagnostic medicine see the prospect of using this and other similar methods as one of the steps in the program for improving the health of the nation.
