For several years, scientists from Manchester have been studying sexual problems in modern men and have come to the conclusion that work can cause impotence. Nowadays, it is generally accepted that if a man is the owner of a successful business, then problems in his personal life are automatically excluded. It may seem strange, but in the course of research, a virtually inverse relationship was discovered.

Experts believe that there is a direct connection between work and personal life: if a person devotes too much time to his work, then problems in bed are possible. In the course of recent studies, scientists have determined that the profession and even the position held can negatively affect the sexual activity of an adult man.

During the study, English scientists conducted a comparative analysis between different professions, associated habits, working conditions and sexual activity of men. It turned out that problems of a sexual nature primarily worry men in leadership positions and owners of large and medium-sized businesses. Doctors believe that the reason for this indicator is a strong psychological burden on the body associated with constant stress. Frequent business trips can be the cause of improper and irregular nutrition, which can also cause erectile function.

Second on the list are people in uniform: military personnel, law enforcement officers, security guards. Doctors say that people whose lives are constantly in danger eventually develop problems in their sex lives. Erectile dysfunction in law enforcement officers is associated with stress and work obsession: there is simply no time or desire for sex.

It may seem implausible, but the next on the list, according to researchers, are representatives of creative professions: artists, writers, pop artists. Despite a large number of female fans, male artists often do not have enough time for sensual sex. In addition, creative professions require enormous dedication from the artist, who "give" all their energy to creativity. Alcohol, soft drugs, nightlife also have a detrimental effect on health and erectile function in particular.

Physical labor undoubtedly reduces sexual activity in men. This is not surprising, after a hard day at work there is often no desire or time for passionate sex, and over time the physical ability disappears.

Men who have to work a lot physically should pay special attention to healthy eating and proper rest. In such conditions, the body is able to recover on its own, which will help to avoid problems in sexual life.

The list is closed by professional athletes. It would seem, why would people who lead a healthy lifestyle complain about problems with erection? The problem is that exhausting workouts, sports nutrition, a ban on sex before an important game or competition can lead the body to a stressful state. As is known from the results of the study, it is stress that is the most important cause of impotence.
