According to a group of Ukrainian experts who conducted a study in this area, gadgets that are widely used today (phones, smartphones, tablets, etc.), as well as wireless networks for Internet access (Wi-Fi) can be dangerous to human life and health. According to the data obtained during the studies, radiation from electronic devices and Wi-Fi can provoke serious health problems, such as metabolic disorders, headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome, skin rashes, but experts believe that the most dangerous thing is that such radiation can trigger the process of malignant neoplasms in the body.

Experts noted that as a result of exposure to unfavorable environmental conditions, reactive oxygen species begin to form in the body, which cause the development of various pathologies, including cancer. Researchers noted that radiation from a wireless network can also be a factor provoking pathologies. As studies have shown, radiation of this kind leads to oxidative processes in the body's cells, which leads to the formation of free radicals, which, in turn, cause more than a hundred different diseases. Free radicals negatively affect cell membranes, their excessive amount causes early aging, the formation of malignant tumors, heart and vascular diseases, and other pathologies.

In conclusion, the experts noted that the use of modern gadgets and wireless networks should be kept to a minimum.

It is worth adding that today mobile phones are widespread, and they can be seen even in small children, for whom such devices are very dangerous. The fact is that the child's body is in the process of formation and such radiation can negatively affect the functioning of the body. Scientists recommend finding another way to occupy the child, for example, with toys or books and protect him from negative magnetic radiation.

Adults should also limit the time they spend with electronic devices in their hands, and, if possible, turn off Wi-Fi when it is not needed, such as during sleep.

Last year, scientists from Britain stated that the use of mobile phones does not harm human health at all. They made their conclusions based on a long-term (more than 10 years) study. As the results showed, neither the use of mobile phones nor the radiation from base stations leads to the development of oncology. Such radiation does not cause the destruction of proteins that are responsible for DNA restoration and participate in the management of the nervous system.

According to one of the study's authors, David Coggon, at the beginning of the study, experts' opinions on the harm of mobile devices varied, but the majority still held the opinion that it was harmful and fraught with serious health problems. The conclusions of British experts at that time put an end to the endless debates of experts.

But Coggon noted that there was still some uncertainty about the harmful effects of radiation from mobile phones, but there was no need to stop using them.
