Eggplant

According to the study, 10 grams of aubergines contain 1 microgram (microgram) of nicotine - about the same amount a person receives from three hours of passive smoking. Potatoes

The potato also contains nicotine, and most of all - in the pulp. Potatoes almost champion: 1 kg. Is 15.3 ng / g nicotine, and a person needs to eat just 65.4 grams before reaching the effect of passive smoking.

Potato peel

In the potato peel, meanwhile, much less nicotine, scientists have established: only 4.8 ng / g nicotine, that is, a person will have to eat 208 grams of potato peelings to get the effect of passive smoking one cigarette.

And here is the true winner of the nicotine competition - green tomatoes. This vegetable has the highest level of nicotine - 42.8 ng / g Eating just 23.4 grams of tomatoes, you already feel the effect of passive smoking.

Red tomatoes

In 1993, a study showed that in ripe red tomatoes nicotine is significantly less - 4.1 ng / g per kilogram of tomatoes. The effect of passive smoking appears after eating 244 grams of tomatoes.
