It is known that the quality of products that people use, has an impact on his health. In one recent study, experts have found that foods with GMO content can cause infertility in men.

Such products contain a large number of pesticides that change the hormonal background of a person. In Boston, a group of scientists has proved that a large number of pesticides can remain on fresh vegetables and fruits, which have a harmful effect on spermatozoa.

For their research, scientists selected 300 people. All male volunteers underwent a course of treatment for infertility at different times . Scientists studied samples of their sperm, and also analyzed the diet of participants in the experiment. All volunteers were divided into two groups, one of which was to eat foods high in pesticides, and the other adhered to their usual diet.

As a result, it was found that in the group of men who consumed a lot of vegetables and fruits with pesticides, the level of spermatozoa was almost halved, while 32% of men had sperm defects and only 5% of normally formed male germ cells.

As the experiment showed, at least 1.5 servings of vegetables and fruits with the remnants of pesticides leads to such harmful consequences.

Experts divided various types of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries and at risk (with the maximum content of pesticides) were apples, spinach, potatoes, strawberries, peppers, blueberries.

The lowest level of poisonous substances was found in beans, grapefruit, avocado, peas, onions.

In previous studies, scientists have already noted the risk of using sports supplements. As research has shown, in sports nutrition, energy, vitamin supplements, the number of necessary components is tens of times higher than normal.

In one of the US research universities, scientists have discovered that drugs for muscle mass can provoke testicular cancer, especially such supplements are dangerous for young athletes.

As already mentioned, legumes, avocados, grapefruit, onions contain a minimum amount of poisonous substances, but in addition, these products significantly improve reproductive function in men. With the use of such products, not only does the sperm level not decrease, but the quality of sperm also improves, and the vital activity of spermatozoa resumes.

Experts recommend that men of reproductive age consume organic products where possible, for the cultivation of which do not use (or use a minimum amount) of toxic substances. Such products are most useful for health.

Scientists emphasize that the harm of reproductive function is not brought by fresh fruits and vegetables, namely a large number of pesticides that can be contained in them.

It is worth noting that the cause of male infertility can be even a little nervous tension, so it is recommended that in a period when a couple tries to conceive a child, protect themselves from negative emotions, experiences and nervous shocks as much as possible.
