Xylitol and sorbitol has a beneficial effect on the digestive system. It does not destroy tooth enamel, but the acidity of the stomach increases, which is contraindicated for people suffering from digestive problems. The chewing gum is filled with xylitol and sorbitol. They can be chewed with caution and not on an empty stomach. After a fatty meal, chewing gum is recommended, digestion will be much faster.

You can say more, sweets affect the mental work of the body. The scientists conducted the experiment on 20 volunteers, they were divided into two groups. The first group did not eat a lot of sweet, second ordinary food, not indulging in sweet. The task was to solve some problems of a psychological nature. The result was not the same. Those people who belonged to the first group, decided the task much earlier and were revitalized throughout the experiment. The second group was characterized by slowness, the result was below the level. Mental work of the brain on the contrary is related to the intake of glucose into the human brain.

Sweetheads should remember that abuse, detrimental to the human body, causing diseases not only the oral cavity, but also the digestive system, heart and blood vessels.

Marmalade, marshmallow is much more useful than sweets, cakes, in them sugar interacts with cellulose and reduces the level of glucose in the blood. Sweet drinks, sodas are also harmful because of increased gas production and glucose. Juices are soft in composition, but it is better to drink them not from the package or from the jar, but in a fresh form. As in them all vitamins and useful substances in a natural kind are saved. Glucose in juices is absorbed much faster, which affects the work of the pancreas, resulting in extra pounds and problems with the digestive tract.

Fruits are better to eat in fresh form, so all the flavoring, and most importantly, beneficial substances, digestibility of vitamins by the body is obtained by 100%.
