Every morning the absolute majority of people have to get out of bed under the sound of an alarm clock. And almost everyone does it with enormous difficulty, but many have found a way out, how to cheer up and drive away the remnants of sleep, and rush to the kitchen for a cup of strong aromatic coffee. The aroma and taste of coffee, as it is commonly believed, relieves the feeling of drowsiness, makes the body more exhilarated. But many scientists doubt such properties of coffee, believing that no coffee can cope with lack of sleep, no matter how much it is drunk. Coffee has a short-term effect and after a while will want to sleep again. A new portion of coffee again will help for a while, it will continue until the deficiency of sleep is eliminated, in other words, until a person simply sleeps.
Scientists believe that it is easy to wake up and all day feel cheerful you just need to go to bed early to allow the body to rest and gain strength. Moreover, scientists believe that the desire of some to get enough sleep on the weekend, thereby restoring the strength of the body, is a complete fallacy. The human body is unable to sleep for two nights before the previous few nights. Lack of night sleep experts suggest, if possible, replenish a couple of hours of daytime rest.
But, if you firmly believe that coffee helps to fight with drowsiness, you can try other products that have the same effect, and in some cases, even greater.
Water, simple purified drinking water helps to cheer up much better than coffee. Experts are sure that a glass of water will help to finally rip out the rest of sleep, especially in combination with a contrast shower.
It has long been known that chocolate is also among the invigorating foods. Even children are recommended in the morning to give a cup of cocoa, which is chocolate, only in hot form. Therefore, an adult can recommend a cup of cocoa in the morning, you can also eat an ordinary bar of chocolate or a bar. In addition, that chocolate has an invigorating effect, it also very well improves brain activity, gives strength and energy. Physicians recommend that a person eat a chocolate bar before activities that require intense mental activity (exam, control, etc.). Chocolate helps the body produce endorphins, which allows you to feel vivacity for several hours.
Nuts also help to drive away the drowsy state and a little cheer up. At breakfast it is better to eat fish, chicken meat, oatmeal, egg, apples. All these products well help to gain strength and energy for the whole day.
It is also good to eat berries for breakfast, in which there is a natural stimulant - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, but given that these products are quite expensive, besides, in winter, the quality of the berries is doubtful, so the best and closest option for us is eating for breakfast of ordinary apples. The bananas have a slightly less invigorating effect, but they are well and easily absorbed by the body and have a positive effect on digestion in general.
