Going to the long-awaited beach vacation, think - do not buy just in case another swimsuit? Or even two? As well as removable beachwear for her husband and children. The fact is that gynecologists, urologists and nephrologists, as a result of many years of research, have found out - a long stay in wet bathing clothes can lead to health problems.

Let's start with women. Gynecologists and nephrologists insist: if you decide to spend a day on the beach or at the outdoor pool in the hotel, set yourself to replace the swimwear after each swim. As a rule, the usual synthetic swimsuit without foam pads dries in the sun for 40 - 50 minutes and it can be put on again.

But all the same - why not "bask in the sun" in a wet swimsuit?

Gynecologists say that in 3-4 minutes after you left the water, bacteria begin to multiply in the wet fibers of the swimsuit. The process is especially active in the folds of the skin, on the inner thighs and in the groin. Alas, both sea water and fresh water in the pool are by no means sterile, and the admirers of the pools in this case risk more: as a rule, the water in the swimming pools at the hotels is not disinfected as in sports and indoor, and the people there swim different. As a result of a long stay in a wet swimsuit, you can earn at least thrush, as a maximum - acute colpitis. Agree, both, and the other can greatly spoil the holiday. Nephrologists also suspect a wet swimsuit that it is he who is to blame for frequent acute cystitis, which, if untimely, quickly "lift the infection up" - that is, to the kidneys.

Dressing in a dry swimsuit, be sure to take a shower to remove dirty water and especially - sand particles, small algae, silt, as it is in this environment that microbes multiply with special pleasure. Wipe dry before putting on the next set of beachwear. By the way, if you wear a bikini or tankini, you can only change the lower part of the outfit, and leave the top part.

Children must be completely disguised after each entry into the water - for the same reasons. In addition, if your baby is for a long time fumbling in shallow water, at least once a hour it needs to be rinsed under the beach shower and again dressed in a dry one.

Whether to change wet dressings to a man depends on what kind of melting he wears and whether he has chronic diseases of the genitourinary sphere. With prostatitis and prostate adenoma, the change of wet swabs is mandatory. Also it is necessary to change the tightly fitting polyamide style meltings "slips" or "boxers". But the wide swimming trunks-shorts can be safely left: they are not dangerous at all.
