Dangerous to health products are those that contain large amounts of fat, sugar, salt and calories.
Mayonnaise
Enemy number one and the first contender for a place in the trash can - mayonnaise. This is a very high-calorie product containing a huge amount of fat. It is better to completely forget about its existence. If life is not known to you without mayonnaise, then at least reduce its consumption to one or two teaspoons per serving.
Ketchup
It is unlikely that you still believe that ketchup has the same useful properties as tomatoes. However, if you are still mistaken, the composition of ketchup is a very large amount of salt and sugar, modified starch and other food additives, and tomatoes in some jars may not smell. Consumption of this product in large volumes can lead to serious stomach diseases, for example, ulcerative gastritis.
Sweet drinks
Sweet soda, fruit drinks and cold teas, too, will not bring health benefits, but only will saturate the body with a lot of useless calories. There are no useful and nutritious substances in them. Especially their use is dangerous for children. The best drinks are plain water and green tea, rich in antioxidants.
Alcohol
When alcohol enters the body, it breaks down to fatty acids that accumulate in the liver. If you drink alcohol in large doses, then the cells of the brain and liver just die.
Sausages
Unfortunately, today's sausage products, as well as bacon and ham are further from ideals. But they contain a large amount of fats and sodium, as well as preservatives. The use of this product increases the risk of colorectal cancer: some preservatives in the body are converted into carcinogens.
