Many do not notice, but some morning habits in the future negatively affect not only the mood, but also the state of health.
Analyze, where do you start your morning? Surely, each person will have more than one habit, which has been present for many years. Medical experts wondered if certain actions can affect our health. As a result, the most harmful habits associated with the beginning of the day were named.
- You should not jump out of bed abruptly - even if the alarm clock suddenly rang. Scientists say that in such a situation, there is a sharp increase in the content of stress hormones in the body, which leads to various problems: these are blood pressure jumps, and violation of cardiac activity, and the appearance of irritability or aggression. Among other things, a sharp rise can provoke diseases of the spinal column, changes in cerebral circulation. Recommendations of doctors are easy to remember: it is advisable to set the alarm for a few minutes earlier, in order to be able to calmly lie down in the morning, adapt, and only after that to climb - without haste.
- When you wake up, do not immediately go to the tablet or smartphone. Early morning thoughts about upcoming affairs and worries, a sharp focus on problems, eye strain - all these factors loosen psychological health, worsen visual function, and imbalance in the nervous system. And morning surfing on social networks in most cases increases the level of stress and intensifies overall tension. Since morning - not the best emotions, is not it?
- Hygienic procedures in the morning are mandatory. But doctors advise to avoid washing with hot water - it is better to use for this purpose moderately cool water. High temperatures dry out the skin, dehydrate and lead to early wilting and the appearance of wrinkles.
- Morning coffee for many is an original and indispensable ritual, without which morning is not morning. But doctors warn: do not drink coffee on an empty stomach, as this can lead to the development of gastritis or other malfunctions in the digestive system. Therefore, it is optimal to have breakfast first, and only after that - drink your favorite drink.
- Many people, after waking up, do not visit iridescent thoughts, as a new day can bring new problems. So pessimists think, which, by the way, is not so little. Psychologists do not advise starting the day with a negative, because, as you know, thoughts are prone to materialization. The best solution: if pessimistic moods prevail in the morning, you can include your favorite music, eat a delicious breakfast and just smile in the mirror to your reflection. The day will be much better!
Morning without haste, discontent and irritability is a great start, which will improve the mood and become healthier - both physically and psychologically.
