Doctors warn: hypothermia, colds, overloading the body and stress can cause an exacerbation of almost any chronic disease. "Most often, patients complain of a state of weakness, frequent headaches, changes in blood pressure, rapid heartbeat. In some cases, shortness of breath and chest pain are among the complaints. Moreover, most patients consult a doctor only when the disease is already at the peak of exacerbation, without taking any preliminary preventive measures." Doctors advise: in order for the ailment not to reveal itself with the first autumn cold snap, you just need to follow a few simple rules. For example, in the fall, good sleep and rest are most important for a person. You need to go to bed on time, and during the day - walk more often in the fresh air, eat a balanced diet. Some experts advise taking multivitamin preparations for prevention with the arrival of autumn - to support immune defense. Doctors note: health is stronger in those people who spend less time in front of a computer monitor or TV. If your professional activity is inextricably linked with a computer, then at least do not touch the computer when you are at home. Walk down the street, meet with friends, read interesting literature, or do some other, distracting activity. Practicing doctors offer a number of “autumn” tips that have stood the test of time:

  • Avoid any overloads during sudden weather changes. And this advice applies not only to weather-sensitive people, but to everyone without exception. During such periods, you should be especially careful about stress, physical exertion, etc. Do things that will bring you moral satisfaction and improve your mood.
  • Rest whenever possible. If you are tired, ask a family member to massage your neck and shoulder area. You can take a warm bath with aroma oil or a contrast shower. You should not drink strong alcoholic drinks, but you can allow yourself 1-2 glasses of good dry wine.
  • You shouldn't "go on" strict diets in the fall. To feel good, your diet should be balanced. Otherwise, you may experience numbness in your limbs, back pain, or migraine.
  • You shouldn't completely give up physical activity: moderate exercise will tone your blood vessels, improve blood flow, and lift your mood. And for those who suffer from joint diseases, such exercises are simply necessary.

If the weather conditions worsen, you can take measures to prevent depression and headaches. You can cope with the problem by drinking linden tea. If the poor health has dragged on and does not go away for several days, then it makes sense to see a doctor. Experts also note that temperature and atmospheric pressure changes affect not only adults, but also small children, whose bodies are not yet fully adapted to negative external influences. Therefore, everyone needs to take care of their health - from babies to old people. A healthy lifestyle, quality rest and nutrition will help with this.
