Scientists from Tel Aviv University conducted a study, half of the participants of which received sweets in addition to regular food. It turned out that those volunteers who had a sweet morning, lost 16 kilograms more over the eight months of the study than those who received fewer carbohydrates for breakfast. If you want to lose 10 kilograms, then don't set yourself the task of simply losing 10 kilograms. It will be much easier for you to achieve your intended goal if you don't get hung up on the number 10, but work on each individual kilogram, and so step by step bring your body to the desired shape.
Reduce the portion
It is not necessary to separate yourself from the rest of the family in your diet and conjure up special dishes to lose weight. Eat the same things that all family members eat. Just cut down on your portion. If you can’t cut it down by eye, then smaller plates will come to the rescue.
