Fish oil – almost every one of us remembers its, to put it mildly, unpleasant taste from childhood. As before, it can be easily bought at any pharmacy. But today manufacturers have found a way to take such a useful product without suffering – fish oil in capsules.

Fish oil has a specific smell and taste, it is obtained from the liver of some fish species. There are three main types of fish oil, but the source, in any case, is fish liver. The color of the final product depends on the production technology. Now fish oil is sold in yellowish, white or brown shades. Most often, you can buy white fish oil, extracted from cod liver. The production technology can be of two types: manual, i.e. without the use of any equipment, devices, etc. and specialized, when the cod liver undergoes a certain processing and is cooled. The manual method is most often used by fishermen themselves.

The main advantage of fish oil in capsules is that it can be taken without any particular inconvenience, both by adults and children. In this case, there are practically no restrictions. Even pregnant and breastfeeding women can safely use it without fear for the health of the baby. The daily dose of fish oil is three grams, but for some diseases it is recommended to increase the dose. For example, in the early stages of pregnancy, to prevent miscarriage, it is recommended to take at least 5 grams per day. Naturally, the optimal dose of fish oil should be determined by a doctor, taking into account the patient's condition and anamnesis, the doctor may consider that the dose can be increased to 6 grams per day.

Fish oil contains a high concentration of microelements and vitamins that are beneficial to human health. Regular intake of fish oil improves the condition of nails, hair, skin, etc. Therefore, if you have noticed that your nails have become weaker, exfoliate, break, your skin has acquired a sickly shade, your hair has lost its shine and strength - then daily intake of fish oil will relieve these problems. Just one capsule a day - and the result will not take long to come.

It should be noted that fish oil consists of 70% oleic acid, the rest is palmitic acids. They are extremely useful for our body. For example, taking fish oil will prevent the formation of blood clots, improve brain function. Doctors advise taking just one capsule a day for elderly people to improve mental activity, memory, and the general condition of the body. Fish oil is an excellent prevention of senile dementia and dementia.

Currently, you can buy fish oil in capsules in pharmacies, specially designed for use by small children. It should be taken from the age of two, since fish oil serves as an excellent preventative for many childhood diseases, such as anemia, rickets, etc.

Finally, it should be noted that almost all well-known manufacturers of pharmaceuticals produce fish oil in capsules, but still, the best fish oil is Norwegian.
