The "Clone Factory" will be located in the north of China, in a zone with a free market, and according to preliminary data, the construction will cost about 500 million dollars.

According to official reports, it became known that the factory is being created for the purpose of breeding elite breeds of livestock and horses, as well as official and decorative dogs, especially rare breeds.

The construction of such a factory was initiated by the corporation Boyalife Group and several research institutes, in particular the Korean Institute of Biological Technologies.

Boyalife Group Corporation is engaged in research work in the field of stem cells and regenerative medicine, as well as specialists of the company provide some types of services in the research.

About 32 million dollars will be allocated for the first stage of construction. As reported by the media, work on the main building has already begun and in the middle of next year it will be put into operation. It is reported that the factory will grow up to 1 million embryos of livestock.

The head of the Boyalife Group Xu Xiaochun in his interview noted that the needs of the market in beef are much higher than that provided by farmers who are trying their best to meet the needs of the population, but this is not always possible, and cloning is the best way out of this situation.

In addition to growing cloned animals, the factory will also become a repository for gene information and a museum.

The world's first known sheep Dolly became the world's first cloned animal, nearly 20 years have passed since that time. The cloned sheep died at a fairly young age - the animal had an abnormally functioning circulatory system and many organs began to refuse. But since the death of Dolly, Chinese scientists have accumulated extensive experience of asexual reproduction of pigs, cows, sheep, possibly new clones will be more resistant to living conditions.

For Boyalife Corporation, this project will not be the first, in 2014, together with the Korea Institute of Biotechnology, a commercial enterprise for the cloning of animals was founded, then the first clones were 3 puppies of the Tibetan mastiff, by the way a rather rare breed.

The "Clone Factory" offers to ensure the demand for beef by asexually multiplying animals, while other specialists are working on a 3-D printing method that will allow meat to be printed and not to kill living creatures, even cloned ones. According to scientists, to enjoy the taste of succulent meat and not to think that the poor animal has been affected, it will become possible in the next two years.

Scientists have already learned how to grow organic muscle cells in the laboratory, due to which you can get whole pieces of meat. Several years ago, a burger was grown in one of the laboratories in Holland, which was later eaten (according to the data, not a single scientist was injured in this case). In those days, the cost of such a "treat" was about 500 thousand dollars and only recently the cost of the "burger" has decreased.

Israeli specialists managed to improve the process and, according to the head of the Modern Economic Foundation, about brutal slaughtering practices for meat production, it will be possible to forget in 2 years.
