A new wrinkle has appeared

In the morning you look in the mirror and think: "Oh my God, that wasn't there yesterday!" The appearance of a new wrinkle on your face is not necessarily caused by age-related changes. Sometimes it is the result of poor nutrition the day before, excessive alcohol consumption, fluid retention and puffiness. Perhaps it is not too late to repair the damage, and your skin will smooth out a little. If you suddenly notice a new wrinkle on your face in the morning, then quickly eat a piece of black bread sprinkled with olive oil or half an avocado. As studies prove, people whose diet includes olive oil have fewer wrinkles than those who prefer butter. The reason lies in the monounsaturated fats found in abundance in olive oil. Avocados contain the same monounsaturated fats as olive oil, plus fiber and very useful B vitamins.

PMS makes you dangerous to others

Add a pinch of saffron to your food: this exotic spice successfully reduces aggression during this difficult period for a woman, increasing serotonin levels and reducing fatigue and irritability. When PMS occurs, increase your carbohydrate intake, especially complex carbohydrates (such as oatmeal, buckwheat, brown rice). Complex carbohydrates maintain a stable blood sugar level, which ensures long-term satiety, creates a good mood and reduces the desire to eat sweets at night. But with acute manifestations of premenstrual syndrome, it is permissible to eat a little sweets (simple carbohydrates) between main meals - honey, flour products - they also raise serotonin levels, and very quickly, relieving depression and irritability.

To get rid of flatulence, if you don’t have any medicines at hand or prefer folk remedies, you can eat a pinch of dill seeds. A glass of kefir or natural unsweetened yogurt will also help.
