Specialists also noted that water in products differs from ordinary clean water - the liquid in fruits and vegetables is surrounded by other molecules that promote the penetration of water into the cells and help to keep it there.
Studies have shown that water-rich vegetables and fruits are twice as good as saturating the body with liquid, compared to a glass of clean water. But in addition to water, these products contain sugar, proteins, vitamins, mineral salts, which are also necessary for normal functioning of the body. Experts recommend the regular use of fruits and vegetables to prevent the development of various diseases, such as obesity, cancer, heart disease, blood vessels, depressive disorders.
Vegetables and fruits, containing a lot of water, are usually low-calorie, and, according to nutritionists, if there is a need to replace calories and fat in your diet, then watery vegetables and fruits are best suited for this. Also, rich in water, foods are better saturated and people do not feel hunger for longer. Eat vegetables and fruits, especially rich in water, better in raw form, or subject to minimal heat treatment.

Specialists have suggested that the increase in brain efficiency is caused by a decrease in the load on the centers, which signal the need to replenish the body's water balance. It is worth recalling that not always lack of fluid in the body is expressed by thirst, scientists note that you need to drink, even if you do not feel a strong thirst.
