For residents of large cities, "seasonal nutrition" is not a close concept. It is difficult for us to imagine that any vegetables and fruits have their season - the period in which they mature and are the most useful and nutritious.

How to cook?

Use lettuce as the basis for salads. Do not limit your imagination! Wash the leaves of lettuce, dry with a kitchen towel, put in a bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, Feta cheese, circles of hard-boiled eggs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, season with black pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.

Asparagus
