American scientists from Southwestern University say that cold coffee increases libido in both men and women. Specialists conducted a number of studies, during which it became clear how this drink stimulates sexual arousal.
The first experiment of scientists involved 240 people aged 26 to 47 years.
Some of them had a decreased libido. Regularly consuming 150 ml of cold coffee at lunch, 67% of 120 men admitted later that problems with their potency became less common, and 13% of respondents boasted that the duration of their sexual intercourse increased from 1-2 minutes to 10 .
The ladies, after coffee, drunk during the day, felt the orgasm closer in the evening much faster than before.
Israeli sexologist Baruch Yeshin continued the research of American scientists. He decided to find out which coffee is most useful for libido in hot weather. The specialist selected 64 patients and regularly drank them with different beverage varieties during the day, morning and evening. And that's what he managed to find out:
- The greatest effect on the human body is provided by coffee, brewed in a Turk.
- Drink should be cooked in the evening, before going to bed. It should be filtered and poured into an airtight container, leaving it in the morning in the refrigerator.
- To raise the libido in the morning a man needs to drink at least 150 ml of cold coffee, women - from 100 to 150 ml.
The best time for summer sex is from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
