American scientists from Southwestern University claim that cold coffee increases libido in both men and women. The specialists conducted a number of studies, during which they found out how this drink stimulates sexual arousal.
In the first experiment, scientists involved 240 people aged 26 to 47 years.
Some of them had a decreased libido. Regularly drinking 150 ml of cold coffee at lunch, 67% of the 120 men admitted later that problems with potency began to bother them much less often, and 13% of respondents boasted that the duration of sexual intercourse increased from 1-2 minutes to 10.
After drinking coffee during the day, the ladies felt the approach of orgasm much faster in the evening than before.
Israeli sexologist Baruch Yeshin continued the research of American scientists. He decided to find out which coffee is most beneficial for libido in hot weather. The specialist selected 64 patients and regularly gave them different types of the drink during the day, morning and evening. And here is what he managed to find out:
- Coffee brewed in a Turk has the greatest impact on the human body.
- The drink should be brewed in the evening, before going to bed. It should be strained and poured into an airtight container, leaving it in the refrigerator until the morning.
- To increase libido in the morning, a man needs to drink at least 150 ml of cold coffee, and women – from 100 to 150 ml.
The best time for summer sex is between 7:30 and 8:00 am.
