A cure for absolutely all diseases is not a fairy tale at all. As a result of the latest scientific research, it will be able to receive a specific name - Resveratrol. This compound consists of components of red wine, red grape juice, dark chocolate, tomatoes and peanuts, thus being completely natural.

Preliminary medical tests have shown that Resveratrol is able to prevent diabetes, radically destroy cancer cells, prevent cardiovascular diseases and degenerative diseases of the brain. Thus, the list of diseases that this compound is able to fight includes all the most global killers of our time and the most common diseases, with the exception of infectious and viral diseases (which Resveratrol is also able to fight, although indirectly - by strengthening the human immune system.)

Despite the encouraging prospects, there is currently no sufficiently deep study that would scientifically substantiate the practical benefits of Resveratrol. Meanwhile, last week, 20 of the largest medical academic institutions in the United States announced the recruitment of volunteers for control groups in order to test Resveratrol in practice. The new study will mainly be devoted to the analysis of the effect of Resveratrol on the course of degenerative diseases of the brain, namely Alzheimer's disease. However, in parallel, scientists will draw conclusions about the overall benefit of the drug for the body in terms of treating certain diseases.

“The animal studies, particularly in mice, have shown good results, but it is not yet known how similar they will be to the results of using the product in humans. During the study, we will also evaluate the extent to which Resveratrol raises insulin levels and stabilizes blood glucose levels, as these are key points in the fight against diabetes. At the same time, people with diabetes will not be included in this study,” said Dr. Scott Turner, one of the study’s authors from the Georgetown Institute in the US.
