Anti-hangover breakfasts have been developed for British residents in the midst of festive corporate parties.

The British subsidiary of Uber Eats, which specializes in delivering food to offices, has made the following offer to its customers: during the height of the Christmas holidays, office workers will be delivered special “anti-hangover” food.

The peculiar morning diet is called Fix up Feast, which the British themselves translate as "fix the holiday". The standard set of such breakfast includes a traditional portion of oatmeal with banana, scrambled eggs, consisting of a couple of eggs, several pieces of bacon and mushrooms, as well as a portion of beans, sliced avocado and fresh spinach. Citrus juice is offered as a drink. It is pre-calculated that the products included in the declared menu replenish the body's reserves of proteins, amino acids and vitamins, which helps to get rid of hangover symptoms faster.

Chef Joseph Yousseff, who developed the “anti-hangover” menu, explains that such a breakfast is simply bound to please all office workers, as it is not only tasty, but also complete and balanced.

"I enjoy creating dishes that are not only delicious, but also perfectly healthy for people. The benefits of each component are scientifically proven, which will help to cope with a variety of health problems associated with "wild" parties and corporate events," says the chef.

The hangover- fighting breakfast will cost workers almost £10 and will be offered for delivery to offices between December 8 and 22.

Many scientists complain that people do not take hangover syndrome seriously enough. But this condition is a kind of stress for the body, which is caused by the toxic effect of alcoholic beverages on the body. Frivolity in such a situation is inappropriate, experts believe. Therefore, taking care of your health with the beginning of a new day should become mandatory.

A hangover is not a simple illness. It is a complex malfunction of the body, which manifests itself in a mass of painful symptoms: a violation of the fluid and acid-base balance occurs, metabolic processes are upset, work capacity deteriorates, irritability and sleep disorders occur.

To avoid all of the above symptoms, you should not only have a good breakfast, but also drink enough clean water - mineral water is fine, but still water. When you wake up in the morning, it is advisable to take a shower right away - contrast dousing is welcome. However, the water should not be too hot - this will only make you feel worse. If you have to go to work that morning, it is better to walk to the office: fresh air will improve lung ventilation, speed up metabolism and eliminate the unpleasant "aroma" from your mouth.

And most importantly: when going to a corporate party, you need to remember to keep to the limit. A small amount of alcohol will not cause significant harm, but abuse is fraught with not only poor health, but also the development of serious problems.
