As a rule, in a hot season people eat less and try to move more. However, it is very easy to add weight from June to August. At this time, most people stop controlling themselves. They naively believe that they burn more calories than they get. However, it is not.

One of the most popular summer desserts is ice cream. However, very few people remember that in 100 g of simple filling contains 227 kcal. Add to this the chocolate icing and caramel filling ... It turns out that in 200 g of a favorite treat - about 1000 kcal, and a person, in the opinion of nutritionists, needs to consume not more than 1300 kcal per day.

To quench your thirst with sweet drinks is useless. They want to drink more and more. Therefore, delicious cool soda should be replaced with simple or mineral water. Otherwise, in hot months, you can add weight heavily.

Sometimes thirst can be confused with hunger. In summer, the body's need for liquid increases, but instead of water we eat fatty soups, cereals, etc.

The body requires replenishment of the amount of energy spent during the day, and we at one sitting eat an almost daily rate of food, after which, as a rule, we go to sleep.

For most people, summer is a time of long-awaited rest. Almost a whole year, many of them tried to get in shape for the beach season. However, after the first hot day, they immediately forget about the gym, and diets. There comes a time of relaxation, during which the calories accumulated are almost not spent, and since September, "athletes" have to start all over again.
