Nutritionists have prepared a rating of products that are very harmful to the child's body. This list will be useful for parents who can not resist the temptation to eat something delicious (while knowing that the product includes fragrances and preservatives), and thus set an example for their children, who have been dragging themselves out of small shops for a pack of chips or a bottle of colored soda.

So why is everything harmful so beckoning us, and we can not contain our desires and buy absolutely useless for the organism, and sometimes dangerous products?

Yogurt

Advertising does its job, and we believe that the smell and color of yogurt is given to pieces of fruit that are floating in it. And that this is a dairy product that only brings the most useful to the body. But in fact, together with the "useful" dairy product, we eat all the unpleasant impurities - thickeners, antioxidants, stabilizers and flavors. Therefore, before you buy a child yogurt, think carefully, does he get better by eating all these impurities?

Chips

It is a mixture of fat, carbohydrates, flavor substitutes and colorants. The process of their preparation, too, leaves much to be desired, because of its characteristics the chips are saturated with dangerous carcinogens, which can provoke the development of oncological diseases. In addition to the fact that an "overdose" of chips causes nausea, headache and general weakness, there is a risk of increasing bad cholesterol in the blood. The same can be said about crackers and nuts, which cause great damage to the child's developing organism.

Hot Dogs

Hot dogs, hamburgers and other representatives of fast food also fall into the category of hazardous to health. If you allow the child to regularly use such products, then it's not far off digestive problems - gastritis, colitis, heartburn, nausea and constipation. In addition, it is a direct way to a set of excess weight and obesity.

Vegetables and fruits

If you have the opportunity to grow vegetables and fruits in your own garden, then this is a huge plus, but if not, then this is already a problem. On the shelves of supermarkets is a huge number of attractive fruits and vegetables, but are they always useful? Nobody will give a guarantee that these natural products did not grow near the plant or highway. A storehouse of vitamins can turn out to be a poisonous accumulator, which will provoke not only poisoning, but also serious health problems. With regard to preservatives, then in the composition of vegetables or fruits, there may be sodium glutamate, which can be a cause of headache, as well as cause spasms of the joints, up to metabolic disturbances.

Smoked products

Sausage, sausages, smoked meat - all this causes appetite, and at one glance at this production of saliva flow. But be careful - such tasty and aromatic smoked products can contain more flavorings and fillers than meat itself. In the process of processing with benzopyrene, carcinogens are formed, which, recall, cause cancer. To please a child with a delicious meat dish, better buy a fresh one, and prepare something for him at home.

Chocolates

Of course, this favorite baby treat and how not to persevere, all the same the kid will ask him to buy him a chocolate bar. Nevertheless, you must remember that even one bar contains a huge amount of calories, which comes into the body in the company with dyes, chemical additives and flavorings.
