The company Retrevo, which owns a search engine for home appliances and electronics, conducted a survey in which more than 33% of people admitted that they had secretly checked their email and phone at least once.

Husbands most often spy on their other half without her knowledge, 37% of respondents admitted to this. In addition, 39% of mothers and 36% of fathers admitted to controlling their children.

59% of parents also reported that they would track their children's location using a mobile phone.

If we compare the results of the study with last year, the number of young people under 25 who check their partner's email or call history has increased from 37 to 47%. It is worth noting that women are mostly suspicious of their partners.

In conclusion, the researchers state that users should be wary of surveillance not only by large corporations and social networks, but also by their loved ones.
