Winter cold is already on the doorstep, so the risk of hypothermia and catching a cold is high. To avoid getting sick on the eve of the New Year holidays, remember these ten healing drinks that will help nip the disease in the bud without using potions and pills.

Rosehip decoction

Mulled wine

Mulled wine is a very healthy, tasty and wonderfully warming drink. To prepare it, you will need 0.5 liters of dry red wine, a pinch of nutmeg, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of ginger and about three tablespoons of sugar. Mix the spices in 100 ml of water, bring this mixture to a boil and let it brew for 10 minutes. Then strain and add to the wine, not forgetting the orange slice. Bring it all to a boil (but do not boil) and add honey to taste. Drink hot, preferably in a warm bed.

Echinacea tea

An excellent remedy for colds isechinacea tea. It has immunomodulatory properties and increases vitality. It is prepared very simply: one tablespoon of echinacea flowers is poured with boiling water, infused for 20 minutes and drunk three times a day before meals.
