All because it contains ginger, garlic, rice vinegar and hot pepper.

Pho is also a soup, but its homeland is Vietnam. It is not surprising that Pho is included in our list of "anti-cold" food. Punch has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and the honey included in its composition has an antibacterial effect. The tasty drink has a calming effect, tones and gives strength.

Ginger tea

Ginger is a good helper, an immunostimulant that helps fight colds. It relieves symptoms well and helps fight viruses. You can make aromatic and tasty tea based on ginger root. However, it is better not to drink such a drink before bedtime, because ginger has a tonic property, so instead of a quiet rest, a person can start vigorous activity. If you are suffering from a cough, then make yourself a drink that includes ginger, cardamom and cloves. It is also useful to drink it for pneumonia and bronchitis.
