Recently, the Ukrainian market was flooded with a "designer" of narcotic substances. The sale is not completely ready-to-use drugs, but individual components, from which a chemical reaction produces several doses of a dangerous drug. Experts have no words - strong psychotropic substances can be bought freely and safely. The State Drug Control Service is currently developing a plan to combat this kind of sales.
Sergei Tammi, the head of the rehabilitation center for drug addicted people, "The Revival of Life," said that sets of chemical components for the preparation of drugs are called "Designers of Happiness", they are bought mostly drug dealers, then resold to small retail. Usually 10 - 15 gr. Spare parts allow you to prepare a much larger amount of the drug. After the drug is cooked, it is packaged in small bags and sold on the Internet. Components that are part of the "Designer of Happiness" are not banned, and pass the customs control without any special complaints. Together with the designer, a video disc is sold, on which you can visually see how to prepare drugs.
Advertising such a designer on the Internet is not widely distributed, sellers are very careful. But there are special forums for fans of "spice" (narcotic smoking mixture), where you can find such a "seller of happiness." From a set of chemicals, which will not have any issues on any border, you can prepare a mixture in just one hour, the yield of a clean product is one to one. In finished form it looks like a gray-white briquette, a crystalline structure. 10 gr. The designer will cost 500 UAH. If you buy ready-made "spice", you will get 100 UAH per gram. You can use this mixture as you like - smoking, sniffing, pricking. As the sellers say, the effect of such a drug is similar to ecstasy and amphetamine, almost no adverse reactions, not addictive.
But narcologists have the opposite opinion on this matter. Even considering that the drug that is obtained after the assembly of the "designer" is not registered in the drug register, it causes persistent addiction. The preparation obtained during the chemical reaction refers to very strong synthetic psychotropics. Its effect on the human psyche can be compared with the action of LSD. Under the influence of such a drug, a person becomes completely inadequate, hallucinations begin. No drug addict can know the exact dosage of the drug, so death from an overdose is likely. Even doctors can not know the exact action and consequences of taking such a drug, since these substances were not subjected to laboratory tests.
The State Service for the Control of Narcotic Drugs admitted that this problem did not appear long ago. The service assumes that this kind of forwarding of "designers" is likely a new kind of contraband. This scheme has become known in the Civil Service recently and now experts are thinking about how you can monitor this process.
However, in all this there is a good news - among the Ukrainian youth now "use" is not fashionable, and young people prefer a healthy lifestyle.
