Scandinavian scientists have established that daily consumption of fresh seasonal fruits can reduce the likelihood of a malignant tumor. Studies have confirmed that a person who eats about five servings of fruit every day, protects your body from cancer. Fiber, which is found in fresh fruits, provides natural protection of the body.
Recent studies by European scientists have shown that the root cause of dangerous oncological diseases is malnutrition. Nowadays, many people deliberately refuse to use fresh berries and fruits, replacing them with preservatives, and not every person consumes daily the amount of fruit that can have an anti-cancer protective effect.
The Foundation for Cancer Research has insisted on conducting a series of studies aimed at proving the effect of food on the likelihood of cancer. Scientists who deal with this issue are sure that an adult needs to consume at least five servings of seasonal fruits every day. They also noted that making such a diet should not be difficult, since in any part of the world fruits are quite affordable product.
The survey, which was conducted in Scandinavian countries, showed that many people refuse to eat fresh fruits because of a lack of finance. The cost of fresh products can in fact affect the food system and the subsequent possibility of the disease. Doctors insist that if it is impossible to make a diet in which there will be at least five portions of fresh fruit, it is worth stopping at the food system, which involves a large amount of plant foods that contain a large amount of fiber. Greens, legumes, fresh green vegetables, whole-grain flour are foods that are more affordable than fruits, but, nevertheless, that are a guaranteed source of the necessary fiber.
In Sweden, experts carried out a study that proved that fruit is better to eat with the skin. Scientists said that in the fruit of fruit trees, the skin can be considered the main source of catechins useful for the body (natural antioxidants that can purify the body, reduce the amount of free radicals in the blood and, thus, have a protective anti-cancer effect). This information was published after a series of experiments at the plant for the production of fruit juices. Scientists have investigated the chemical composition of waste that remains after production, as well as the composition of finished juices. In the course of the study, it was found that the fruit fibers that remain after pressing fruit contain a large number of antioxidants necessary for human health.
American scientists confirm the fact that the use of fruit can prevent the occurrence of a malignant tumor. Proper nutrition, the basis of which is plant food, can become both prevention and treatment of dangerous cancers.
