The fact that a sedentary lifestyle is harmful to health is known to everyone, but what to do if the profession you choose does not involve physical activity, but rather requires constant presence in the office, at the desk? Even after coming home from work, we do not think that we need to stretch ourselves, but we put our body on the sofa, counting on what such passive lying will bring to the body the benefit.

We offer you a few useful habits that will reduce the negative impact of a sedentary lifestyle.

Talking on the phone

Being at home or at work, drop the habit of negotiating, lounging in an armchair. If the length of the cord does not allow you to "stroll" too far, then stand, shifting from foot to foot - this is a small workout.

Walking in the afternoon

After eating, the concentration of fat in the blood is maximal, so do not "zavyazit zhirok" and rest after a dense dinner. Better shake the calories eaten and walk. A leisurely walk will strengthen the production of lipoprotein lipase enzyme, which stimulates metabolism and promotes rapid fat burning.

Move more while resting nature

Enjoying nature can be active, and not just sitting down and absorbing a delicious barbecue. After a hearty lunch, you probably want to lie down, but you should not do this. You will feel much more cheerful if you join active games.

Solve all the problems in person

E-mail, social networking and phone communication are optional if your colleague is sitting in a nearby office. Better once again see it and solve all the questions personally. If it seems to you that such trips will only reduce the productivity of your work, do not delay the conversation, solve the problems to the maximum promptly.

Change your posture or position throughout the day

If you work for a laptop, it will simplify the task, because it can be moved from the table to the nightstand, thus changing the height. If the computer is stationary, then try changing the position of the body or the height of the chair on which you are sitting.

In general, try to use any opportunity to get up from the chair and move a little.
