Caution should be observed not only with the use of soda, but also in relation to other beverages that are considered harmless.

A good portion of calories and sugar contain milk and alcoholic cocktails. " Tea and coffee are considered to be favorite drinks of all those losing weight. In their pure form, they do not actually contain any calories. But they are seriously "heavier" all kinds of additives.

Is it safe to sip a sweet soda from a bottle labeled "0 calories" on the label? This inscription usually means that instead of the usual sugar in the drink, a sugar substitute is used. But it's almost impossible to get drunk with such a soda! First, the artificial sweetener is able to block the receptors of thirst, located in the oral mucosa, and it is badly washed away, so there is a constant desire to "wash off" it with a new portion of the soda. Secondly, aspartame at a temperature above 37 ° C provokes the formation of methanol (wood alcohol), which even in small doses can cause neurological diseases.
