A Vietnamese resident has a tumor of a leg weighing more than 80 kilograms and a diameter of about a meter.

As 31-year-old Nguyen Duy Hai from the capital of Lamdong County, Dalat, said, a tumor on his right leg appeared in his early childhood. Since then, it is constantly increasing in volume, despite the amputation of the leg from the knee, suffered by the Vietnamese 14 years ago. "I can not do anything, just sit and lie," he said. Hai has to rely in everything on his 61-year-old mother, who provides the son with full care.

Family Khai can not pay for radical treatment, therefore, when giving an interview, a Vietnamese asked for financial help, which would allow him to pay for the operation. According to the head of the diagnostic department of the Hanoi Tumor Hospital, Vu Van Thach, Hay's tumor is the largest one ever recorded in the country. The doctor also explained that the cause of the giant benign tumor was, most likely, a genetic mutation.
