If you have not erased the famous videos about miracle vibrating massagers that once filled all the television space from your memory, then a new discovery of scientists may interest you, and in particular those who believed in the wonders of advertising and acquired an amazing massager.

As it turned out, the device for lazy people who do not like to move, but like to be moved by them, can positively influence health. This does not mean that a person will necessarily lose weight.

Studies conducted by scientists in New York have shown that such devices can be very useful for the health of obese people, namely, to help them combat a number of problems and diseases, the appearance of which provokes obesity.

The results of the work of specialists are published in the journal FASEB Journal. According to scientists, low-intensity vibrations lead to improvements in the body's immune system. Experiments experts conducted on mice that are overweight.

Experts say that if this effect is confirmed in trials involving people who are obese, then this can lead to a number of clinical advantages.

The author of the study, Clinton Rubin of Stony Brook University in New York and his colleagues, for seven months, "undermined" the health of rodents. They fed them with high-fat foods, which led to damage to the immune system and the skeletal system.

Half of the experimental animals daily underwent a 15-minute vibration session with low intensity.

As it turned out, these sessions increased the number of T cells and B cells that control the immune response and ensure the safety of the immune system.

In addition, the vibrations helped reverse the loss of bone mass in mice sitting on a fatty diet. Their rates were almost equal to those of healthy mice.

"If the effectiveness of this procedure is proved in public, then this way of helping obese people with the resulting health problems will be relatively cheap and affordable. And it is important that they can restore their health without taking any medication, "scientists comment on their discovery.
