In May, a new wave of the National Information Campaign "Don't Give AIDS a Chance!" was launched in Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Throughout 2010, the campaign's slogans included calls to use a condom during every sexual encounter: "Want to come in for coffee?", "Want to watch a movie at my place?" and, in the form of an ironic play on words, "Wear sex when you have a condom."
The authors dedicated the third wave to loyalty and protection of family values - "Save the family. Save life." After all, responsible behavior is an integral part of HIV prevention.
The priority of the current information campaign is the promotion of a healthy and moral lifestyle, the promotion of traditional family values and responsibility in the area of sexual relations.
Traditionally, the piloting of the information campaign began in Kyiv. In total, it is planned to place about 1,000 billboards throughout Ukraine with the slogan "Save the family. Save life."
