Research shows that certain nutrients can have beneficial effects on the skin and fight against aging.

Of course, we get some vitamins from a balanced diet, but the body can only "take" a certain percentage of the vitamins and nutrients that we supply with food. Therefore, local application of vitamins will provide deeper care and give better results.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is responsible for the elasticity and firmness of the skin, makes cells produce more protein, neutralizes free radicals and regulates fat secretion, and also removes brown spots and smoothes out unevenness. Vitamin A is found in night creams (vitamin A derivatives - retinoids), as well as in serums.

Vitamin B3

Vitamin B3 increases skin hydration and reduces redness. Ceramides and fatty acids are two key components of the skin's outer protective barrier. This barrier can be strengthened by vitamin B3, which is found in lotions, creams, and serums. It is often listed on labels as niacinamide.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is able to neutralize free radicals that cause wrinkles. Dermatologists recommend using products in which the concentration of vitamin C is 5 percent or higher. This vitamin is found in creams, masks, and serums. In addition, it is important to remember that if you simply add vitamin C to a cosmetic product, it will quickly break down without bringing any benefit to your skin. A special complex of substances contained in capsules facilitates the passage of vitamin C through the lipid layer.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E eliminates dryness and strengthens the skin's UV protection. Vitamin E is found in sunscreens before and after sun exposure, as well as in anti-aging products. It is also sold in capsule form, the contents of which can be taken orally or applied to the skin.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K helps reduce the visibility of broken capillaries, makes dark circles under the eyes less noticeable, and also fights pigment spots and stops inflammatory processes in the skin. Products containing vitamin K are placed in light-proof bottles, because it has increased photosensitivity.
