It has been known for a long time that sugar in large quantities is harmful to human health. However, in the course of recent studies, scientists have found that sugar should be put first on the list of the most harmful products, since its consumption provokes dangerous diseases and leads to pathological changes in the body.

As the researchers have established, a person should give up not only confectionery, but also many other products (white rice, salads and dried fruits). Research has shown that all these products contain sugar in huge quantities, which makes them extremely harmful to health. According to experts, the use of these products has a toxic effect on the human body.

For decades, it was believed that saturated fats were the biggest threat to health. Now scientists agree that sugar can harm health much more. Currently, there are a sufficient number of studies conducted by different specialists and they all agree on one thing - sugar, as well as all sugar-containing products, are to blame for all human diseases. Sugar leads to diseases such as diabetes, inflammatory processes, Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular diseases. In addition, scientists associate many cancers with sugar consumption.

By the way, constant consumption of sugar leads to some dependence in a person. However, it is almost impossible to completely give up sugar, as it is present in many products to improve taste. Manufacturers use sugar almost everywhere: in soups, salad dressings, flour products, sauces, white rice. Due to the fact that the body regularly receives sugar, arteries become clogged with triglycerides, which increases the risk of heart attack. In response to sugar, the body produces insulin, which develops cell resistance. Over time, sugar spreads throughout the body, as a result of which cells and tissues are subject to premature aging and damage. The more insulin the body produces, the more significant subcutaneous fat deposits. The fact that sugar is a rather harmful product is obvious, so experts recommend using all possible methods to reduce sugar consumption. For example, instead of white rice, it is better to use brown rice, and also eat as little starchy vegetables (corn, potatoes), fruits, which have an excess of natural sugar (pineapples, bananas, watermelons) as possible. You should also give up sweet carbonated drinks, fruit juices. You need to include more different fresh berries, apples in your diet. It is worth remembering that artificial sweeteners, sugar substitutes are almost as harmful to health as regular sugar. Sweeteners lead to the fact that the body learns to absorb even more sugar, while insulin is produced, and sugar turns into fat and is deposited under the skin.
