The term Karezza, or sex without climax, is considered optimal for those partners whose goal is love rather than animal intercourse. The word comes from the Italian Carezza and means caress, i.e. the emphasis is on affection and love rather than orgasm. Many couples have found that the Karezza technique has helped heal their marriages, add sparkle to their sex lives, and even cure sexual dysfunction. This sophisticated term was first coined by Dr. Alice Bunker Stockham in 1896, who was against wearing corsets and lack of sexual satisfaction.

Sex without orgasm is considered the best

She called for male abstinence to strengthen marriage, although she also urged women to avoid orgasm in the name of equality. Now, Karezza is seen as a natural alternative to Viagra, as well as a treatment for sexual dysfunction in men, or lack of desire in women. Doctors are now increasingly turning to this unusual method to treat illnesses, as well as to restore relationships. As unusual as it may seem, it is men who are more interested in this. They find emotional closeness better than physical.

Karezza is suitable for both middle-aged people to restore their marriage and health, and for young couples who are just walking down the aisle. Scientists have discovered that during orgasm, 80 areas of the brain reach their maximum activity. And such an impact can lead to sexual dysfunction: imbalance, lack of desire or, on the contrary, excessive arousal. Modern life: a huge number of porn films, as well as the lack of restrictions in sex, are no longer able to satisfy people. And therefore, experts recommend that couples use the Karezza technique to restore former sensations.
