Many women neglect one of the cleansing stages: some just wash their face with running water, while others, on the contrary, hate washing their face, preferring only cosmetic make-up removal. Everyone is wrong. Cleansing should consist of three stages, cosmetologists are convinced. Japanese women face the problem of wrinkles at about 60 years of age. Before that, their age can only be determined by the nasolabial folds. And this is despite the fact that they resort to professional care much less often than their peers from Europe and America. The secret of youth is in proper cleansing, which Japanese women turn into a real ritual. The procedure lasts at least 20 minutes (according to statistics, American women spend no more than 2-3 minutes on make-up removal, and Russian women - 4-6 minutes) and consists of three or more stages. Cosmetologists support the preferences of Japanese women, confirming that thorough cleansing is the first step in the fight for youth and radiance of the skin. A magical recipe for cleansing the skin – it definitely makes sense!

Make-up removal

This is a daily evening removal of decorative cosmetics mixed with sebum and sweat gland secretion. Cosmetic milk is designed to cleanse dry skin with an intact lipid barrier and for aging skin. Cream is designed for even drier skin with a damaged lipid barrier, with peeling and tightness. Gel is intended for owners of oily skin. Liquid for removing makeup (essentially a gel diluted with water) - for normal, dry and sensitive skin and for eyelids. Oil is used to remove eyelid makeup and is suitable even for the most irritated skin. The makeup removal procedure should be performed daily, immediately after feeling discomfort on the face from decorative cosmetics.

Washing

Removes makeup and cosmetic residue. Dermatologists insist on this procedure. Include it in your cosmetic care, even if you are used to applying only cream after milk. Liquid soap is for oily, porous skin prone to various rashes. Foaming gel is suitable for all skin types. Cosmetic foam or mousse is the most universal product: it does not cause irritation, does not dry out the skin and is suitable for use after various professional cosmetic procedures. For example, after peelings and laser resurfacing. After washing, be sure to wipe the skin with a toner: it restores the skin's pH and serves as a "conductor" for subsequent care products.

Stop signal

Cosmetologists do not recommend dealing with even a single pimple on your own. What can we say about such a procedure as cleaning - if done incorrectly, it can lead to skin injuries and the spread of existing inflammations. Moreover, at home we have only the roughest method available - manual cleaning.

Deep cleansing

Even the most expensive cream will not save you from wrinkles and a dull complexion if you do not exfoliate your skin regularly. Start the cleansing procedure with low-intensity, gentle products. Gradually increase its “rigidity”, guided by your skin’s reaction to the procedure. Scrubs are for oily, rough skin, no more than once a week. They use polystyrene, polyethylene or crushed fruit pits as abrasive substances. Scrubs with polyethylene or polystyrene are preferable. Gommages act very delicately and gently, they contain natural essential oils. Apply the gommage with your fingertips and gently massage the skin with a brush or sponge. This type of exfoliation is not inferior in effect to a scrub, but even thin or very sensitive skin will not be injured or reddened. Peels with enzymes are the gentlest and most non-traumatic cleansing method. As a rule, enzyme products contain natural plant extracts and antioxidants.
