As soon as they did not call wine at different times: sacred, diabolical and seductive. However, one thing is clear - wine continues to be one of the man's most favorite drinks. In addition, in small quantities, wine is able to give not only a pleasure in taste, but also a positive effect on the human body.
Also, it has a number of properties, which we will tell you about.
Wine fights with fat
Here is another reason to drain a glass of wine at dinner. It turns out that researchers from the University of Ulm, Germany, found that resveratrol, an antioxidant that is found in the skin of the grapes, can inhibit the accumulation of fat. And this, in turn, helps prevent obesity-related problems - diabetes mellitus and arterial occlusion.
Wine nourishes the skin
The wine added to the bath rejuvenates the body. It is able to neutralize free radicals, which accumulate in the body under the influence of polluted air and sunlight. Baths with the addition of wine relax, relieve fatigue, activate blood circulation, improve metabolic processes and actively nourish the skin. For greater effect, try to prepare the following mixture: a cup of sea salt, half a bottle of red wine, 20 drops of essential oil of jasmine and a quarter of a glass of grape seed oil. Add the resulting mixture to the bath and enjoy for 20 minutes.
Wine stains
Nothing can cope better with a spot of red wine than white wine. According to the author of the book on how to remove all the famous spots Deborah Martin, you need to gently moisten the red spot with white wine, sprinkle salt on top to absorb the liquid, and then shake it off. Then wash the thing as usual.
Wine is a wonderful marinade
In addition to the excellent taste of meat marinated in wine, few know that such a pickle is very useful. According to studies by scientists from the University of Porto, Portugal, beef, soaked for two hours in red wine and cooked on a grill, contains 88% less carcinogenic compounds than a piece of meat cooked in the same way, but not marinated in wine.
