Issues of global warming are now of concern to all practical scientists. The greenhouse effect and the rapid melting of glaciers irreversibly lead to significant climate changes, which South Africans have already experienced, suffering from constant drought and lack of drinking water. But in other regions, climate change is also noticeable. Some experts believe that in this year, 2014, humanity is waiting for the hottest summer in the history of human development.
Experts from the United States recently conducted a series of studies in which they investigated the Western Antarctic Shield and came to the conclusion that mankind has already passed the point of no return and now the processes of climate change can not be avoided. According to scientists, glaciers will continue to melt in the future and nothing will be able to resist this process either, no new innovations or attempts of scientists to stabilize the situation.
Experts believe that it is the greenhouse effect that is the main cause of glacier melting. Due to the increase in the level of the world ocean, some countries will soon be under the threat of flooding and in this case depends a lot on local chapters, which should develop a number of measures so that residents of problem regions are not harmed.
Today, high temperatures are recorded in many countries, which suggests that this summer will really be a record hot. The most affected regions from anomalous natural phenomena are those regions where droughts often occur. However, Europe will also notice climate change, as scientists suggest that the heat will come in early summer, and not as usual in the middle, and temperature indicators will not fall for three to four months.
But in any case, scientists warn that every region should be ready for record climatic changes, as the changes touch absolutely every corner of the earth.
Every year there is an increase in the level of the world's oceans, the largest glaciers continue to melt, and now scientists are concerned about the density and relief of the glaciers, rather than the height, as before. Today, global warming can no longer be called a myth.
The high temperatures that are fixed in the modern world are already attributed to completely normal natural phenomena, and scientists are now discussing the possible consequences and ways to overcome the problems that may arise in the way of mankind.
As mentioned above, experts have studied the process of the dissolution of the Western Antarctic Shield and have come to the conclusion that it can no longer be considered stable, and there is also the problem of greenhouse gases, which has a significant impact on the Earth's climate.
In modern conditions, each person must independently draw conclusions regarding future problems associated with the climate. All the conclusions drawn by the community scientist may become a signal for many citizens to change their own habits and lifestyle in order to minimize the harm to the environment. Every day there is less and less time and we need to act today.
