Experts in the course of their studies managed to prove that during an orgasm, a person not only enjoys, but also trains the brain. As experts noted, after orgasm the brain works more efficiently than, for example, after judoka or puzzle solutions.

According to Professor Barry Kimisaruk, intellectual training increases brain activity only in some areas, and orgasm stimulates all areas of the brain, besides, orgasm reduces pain.

The secret of this effect is that when orgasm increases blood flow to the brain, and along with this and increases the supply of nutrients and oxygen. Proceeding from this, orgasm is an excellent way of preventing many neurological diseases.

In another study, it was found that women who during sex are focused on the sensations of their body regularly reach orgasm. Also, scientists found that these women during sexual intercourse had more erotic thoughts. It was also found that with independent masturbation (without a partner), both erasmic fantasies that reached orgasm and those who did not reach his women were approximately at the same level.

As the author of the research project Pascal De Sutter noted, the importance of the cognitive aspect turned out to be a surprise for specialists.

As follows from research, alone women find it easier to focus on erotic fantasies, and problems with concentration during sexual intercourse (for example, feelings about the appearance) can lead to a lack of orgasm.

More than 200 women aged 18 to 67 took part in this research project. 176 women had regular orgasms, 75 had difficulty in achieving pleasure. The frequency of sexual contacts among all women was different (from 2 to 90 times a month), and 90% of women were heterosexual.

During the study, women needed to talk about their emotions, feelings, behavior, thoughts, which could affect the peak of pleasure during sex or masturbation.

After the analysis, experts came to an unequivocal conclusion: the excitement in women is associated with cognitive activity of the brain. From this it follows that the concentration of women on the process and on their own feelings during sex helps women with a disorder of sexual function to increase the degree of arousal.

At the same time, scientists noted that in women at a young age, sexual dysfunctions are not uncommon. Specialists even developed a special gel that promotes orgasm enhancement in women, and the first tests of the new drug showed good results. A special gel contains the hormone testosterone and helps women with orgasmic disorders (the most common sexual deviation). With a lowered level of testosterone in the body, a woman experiences reduced rates of sexual desire. According to statistics, every fifth woman has difficulties in achieving orgasm, and 1/4 of them suffer from severe distress and this background.
