It is considered that fresh air is useful for cores and people with ischemic heart disease should live better in rural areas. In Women's College specialists analyzed data about 40 thousand patients with coronary heart disease, among which were both residents of megacities and rural areas.

The researchers believed that the poor quality of medical care in rural areas affects high mortality and the development of various complications, however, in fact it was not so.

After discharge, the health status of patients, both in the city and in the village, was approximately at the same level. In villages, patients usually undergo treatment in the emergency room, where some specialists or special equipment are simply not available. However, the state of health after the treatment of rural residents was practically the same as that of patients in urban clinics equipped with everything necessary.

Annually about heart diseases die about four million people. In some countries, the level of death from heart disease is almost on the same level as the death rate from cancer. Promoting a healthy image, fighting smoking, which are conducted in some countries, have significantly improved people's health, in particular, strengthen the cardiovascular system and reduce the incidence and mortality from this pathology.

In addition, in one recent study, experts have found that a vitamin D deficiency in the body can pose an immediate danger to the life of the cores, since in this case, with sudden cardiac arrest, even in the event of all the necessary resuscitation, the risk of death or various disabilities of the head the brain is at a high level.

The norm of vitamin D in the body is 30-73 nanograms per 1 ml of blood. With a shortage of this vitamin in the blood, the rates range from 10 to 30 nanograms.

The decrease in vitamin D levels can occur due to poor nutrition, impaired absorption of food in the intestines, kidney or liver diseases, and also if a person does not happen in the sun.

With vitamin D deficiency, the risk of dying from cancerous tumors, the development of schizophrenia increases, now scientists can add to the list the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases. After analyzing the vitamin D level and the health status of more than 50 patients who underwent heart failure, experts found that about six months after discharge, serious problems of a neurological nature (about 65%) among patients with low vitamin D levels began, in a group with the normal level of vitamin A pathology developed only in 23% of patients. Among all patients with a low level of vitamin after discharge from the hospital within half a year, 29% died.

In total, the risk of abnormalities in the brain increased sevenfold due to a lack of vitamin D in the body.

In the near future, scientists will find out whether a vitamin supplement can reduce the risk of death and brain damage in patients with cardiovascular disease and low levels of vitamin D.
