Aluminum is one of the most common metals on our planet. It can be found everywhere. Therefore, now everything that is possible and sometimes this metal gets into our body is made of aluminum.

Humanity began to live in the era of aluminum

Aluminum is now used everywhere, since this metal is the cheapest and available in our time. Food products and cosmetics are packed in aluminum cans and boxes.

"We live in the era of aluminum, it's just impossible not to cross it with one day at a time. This is the third most saturated element of the earth's crust. It is easy and natural for aluminum to penetrate water and soil, and since it is fairly easy to mine, it is used throughout the industry "Now aluminum is everywhere: in vegetables, water, baby milk, utensils, cosmetics and even vaccines," - says British chemist Christopher Exley (Christopher Exley).

This metal, which has no biological function, unlike zinc or, for example, iron, quickly penetrates the skin and digestive tract. Once in the blood, it is filtered by the kidneys and excreted in the urine. However, about 20% of aluminum can avoid filtration and settle in our body, mainly in bones, liver and lungs and the brain.

Over the years, aluminum can accumulate in the body until our body begins to malfunction. At high doses, aluminum is a fairly toxic element.

"Aluminum is present in tap water and in food," scientists say, "It's difficult to hide from him. It's hard to avoid."

Aluminum is found in food additives, preservatives and dyes, like E173, from E520 to E523, E541, E554 to E556, E558, 559 and E1452. So be vigilant.
