Immunity is the body's internal defense against adverse environmental influences. In order not to get sick and be less tired on rainy autumn or cold winter days, immunity needs to be strengthened. And summer is the best time for this.
At this time of year, it is much easier to do things that will strengthen the body's resistance - spend more time outdoors, eat right, and lead an active lifestyle.
To strengthen the immune system, it is important, first of all, to eat healthy food. Eat fermented milk products, berries, and wheat bran. Eat high-calorie foods only in the first half of the day. Drink up to 2 liters of still mineral water per day. If you form these habits in the summer, when the heat makes you want to drink more and there is no need to eat a lot, it will be easier for you to maintain them in the future.
Be outdoors more often – this helps the body adapt to external conditions and cleanses it of household dust. Move more. The best types of physical activity for the summer are walking, swimming, playing outdoors, and dancing on open areas.
To strengthen your immunity, it is good to start hardening your body, and summer is ideal for this. First pour cool, then cold water over yourself. Take a contrast shower.
But the best way to strengthen your immune system is to spend time at your dacha. Of course, young people are upset by such "labor duty", but it includes the necessary physical activity and provides time in the fresh air. In addition, you fertilize the healthy fruits grown on your own plot yourself.
The minerals and vitamins needed to increase the body's resistance to disease will be provided by the first greens - dill, parsley, sorrel, celery.
Strawberries will improve blood formation, cherries will provide the necessary amount of iron and vitamins, and by eating several apples a day, you will forget about acute respiratory infections.
Blackcurrant is a great immunity booster. In hot weather, it is good to drink its juice diluted with boiled water. Berries ground with sugar or jam made from them are not only very tasty - they retain all their beneficial properties. Tea with dried blackcurrant will protect against colds and fatigue.
Walking in the morning dew or on the sand near a freshwater body of water will help increase your body's resistance. In addition, they will help relieve stress, insomnia and sweaty feet. It is best to walk near a lake or pond at dawn or sunset.
