The form is ironed, the shoes are polished, the backpack is complicated. It seems that the child is completely "packed" and ready to go to the first class, but let's check, is it so?

It turns out that the beginning of the school year in first-graders psychologists call "physiological storm". In a short time, kids need to learn how to absorb a huge amount of information, meet new friends, get used to a new daily routine and nutrition. In response to this adaptation, the child's body strains all its internal systems and, if they are weakened, it begins to ache. Because of the increased load, children quickly become tired, become irritable, and eat poorly. In addition, all this occurs against the backdrop of hormonal leaps: at the age of seven, a sharp increase in growth begins, a restructuring in the nervous, respiratory, digestive and other systems. It is estimated that by the end of the first quarter, up to 60% of students lose weight, many have poor sleep, decreased appetite, and about 14-16% of children experience nervous overexertion. Are you ready for such a school?

For quick and easy adaptation, there are not enough new notebooks. It is much more important for a child to have support, attention, patience on the part of parents and care for his health. First of all, the student needs vitamins. Studies of the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences have shown that hypovitaminosis has become a common phenomenon among schoolchildren, and this negatively affects their growth and development, normal metabolic processes, resistance to infections and efficiency. According to the published data of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, over the past 10 years, schoolchildren have become sick more often by 9.3%, while 21% of children suffer from chronic forms of ailments. In this regard, the child should receive enough fresh vegetables and fruits and, if possible, ready-made vitamin complexes. However, it is important that vitamins are not only taken, but also digested in the process of digestion.

Nutrition of the child is generally a difficult question. Recently, Rospotrebnadzor has sounded the alarm: it turned out that because of an improperly formulated diet, over 30% of Russian children suffer from growth retardation. In addition, unusual school meals and stress become causes of indigestion, metabolic disorders, dysbiosis, allergies in schoolchildren and other troubles. Proper nutrition organization only partially solves these problems. To ensure that in the future the body and intestines cope with all the tests themselves, it is important to normalize the metabolic processes. The main assistants in this matter are useful bacteria living in kefir, yoghurt, yogurt. And favorable conditions for their development can create a natural medicine Hilak forte. He at the same time normalizes the natural synthesis of vitamins B and K, especially important in preschool and school age. It has long been known that the lack of vitamin B2 leads to a delay in growth, B5 to a delay in physical and mental development, B9 to memory impairment, anemia and loss of strength, K to blood diseases, etc.

Fatigue is another student's enemy. It leads to a decrease in mental processes, academic performance, stress. The correct schedule helps to cope with it. Provide the child a day's sleep, as in the kindergarten, and study at 16-18 hours, when the peak of brain activity occurs.

In addition, with the beginning of the school year, the motor activity is reduced in children, but the normal growth of the child, thinking processes and posture also depends on it. Hence, it is necessary to find during the day time for outdoor games, walking, physical education. Experts advise taking them at least 3-4 hours a day.

So that the baby was ready for school, it is not enough to collect his backpack, it is important to monitor his health, arrange the right routine, food, sleep and provide a supportive environment in the family. Then the "storm" will pass: the child quickly adapts to the new environment, will find friends and strength for full development.
