Specialists from the University of Cloud Scotland announced the results of research, which, of course, will please all the fair sex. Skin color can be easily improved by natural way, giving up the tanning cream and visiting the solarium. Scientists from St. Andrews University, which is the oldest educational institution in the United Kingdom, say that with the use of certain vegetables and fruits, every woman can easily achieve a beautiful complexion.
Scientists are sure that daily consumption of several servings of fresh vegetables and fruits can become a guarantee of success and a guarantee of healthy and beautiful skin. Specialists noted that after three to four weeks after changing the diet, the skin acquires a healthy radiance, characteristic of a light tan. In order to be convinced of the uniqueness of this assumption, the university staff conducted a study for which three dozen volunteers were attracted. The experiment consisted in the fact that the researchers analyzed the effect of food on the color and skin condition of participants. For six weeks, doctors monitored the ration of participants, as well as changes that occurred with the skin of the face and body. Participants were photographed at the beginning and end of the experiment, and several photographs were taken during the test period. The analysis of the influence of fruits, vegetables and greens on skin color and its general state was carried out. The researchers found that the participants in the experiment who consumed a large number of fruits, the color of the skin acquired a more intense yellow-red hue, reminiscent of light tan.
Scientists say that to get a healthy complexion and a light tan effect, a person needs to consume at least 3 small portions of fruits and vegetables daily. In their opinion, six weeks is enough for the skin to become attractive and radiant.
The author of the experiment is satisfied with the result and considers it very timely and useful for society. He said that in recent years too many people have resorted to using artificial tanning creams or visited a solarium in order to get rid of the painful pallor by the spring. The purpose of the experiment was the opportunity to prove that a beautiful complexion depends only on the daily consumed products.
The results of the work done can convince people to abandon the excessive influence of ultraviolet radiation and pay attention to the food system. Among the products that promise to be useful in purchasing "new" skin, experts noted white cabbage, kiwi and carrots. Also an excellent complexion will help provide products containing carotenoids. All fruits and vegetables, which contain pigments of yellow, red and bright orange, are able to saturate the skin, which outwardly will resemble a light tan. On the other hand, vegetables that are sources of carotene, will be useful and as a prevention of eye diseases due to the restoration effect on the retina.
