In a new study, a group of specialists have proven that regular consumption of vegetables and fruits, which are known to contain flavonoids (natural compounds), naturally normalizes weight.
A team of nutritionists together with specialists from Harvard University conducted a large-scale study, which examined several diets, including different subclasses of flavonoids, all data were compared with medical data of more than 120 thousand people who lived in the United States. Over more than 20 years, scientists have come to the conclusion that some fruits help effectively remove extra pounds and keep your weight under control.
By the way, this is not the first time that scientists have proven the benefits of flavonoids, but previously, research focused mainly on compounds present in green tea (this drink is recommended for everyone, but especially for those who want to lose extra pounds and control their weight).
But in a new study, scientists particularly highlighted antioxidants that are present in vegetables and fruits; according to scientists, they contain anthocyanins, flavonols and other compounds that are no less beneficial for your figure and health.
As a result of new research, scientists recommend that anyone who wants to lose weight should change their diet - it is not necessary to starve yourself, you just need to add certain fruits to your menu, namely apples, pears, oranges, and blueberries and strawberries are recognized as the main sources of beneficial natural compounds.
By the way, a recent study by American specialists also noted the benefits of pears for weight loss. As the results showed, just one pear a day will help a person get rid of extra pounds. Scientists came to such conclusions after a large-scale nine-year study.
Throughout the experiment, scientists monitored people's weight - some participants ate pears every day, while others did not eat them at all or ate them very rarely.
The goal of the experiment was to clearly show that eating pears is not only good for your health, but also for your figure. Ultimately, the experiment was successful – the group of volunteers who ate pears every day looked slimmer than the other participants in the study, and they didn’t even have a tendency to obesity.
According to scientists, daily consumption of pears helps to reduce weight - people whose diet includes this fruit every day have a better chance of normalizing their weight, in addition, pears are a kind of prevention of obesity.
It is worth clarifying that only fresh pears are suitable for weight loss and obesity prevention. Dried fruits, jam, steamed fresh fruits, etc. are simply a tasty dessert and will not help improve your figure.
According to experts, pears contain specific fibers that prevent the appearance of extra pounds, but the result will be truly effective if you eat fresh pears every day.
