Eggplant has received the official and scientifically proven status of a longevity vegetable.

The ability of eggplant to resist various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular diseases, gout, and to help normalize metabolism helped it become a leader in the anti-aging field.

According to experts, eggplants help to gradually increase hemoglobin in the blood, which is important for pregnant women and children. Potassium contained in the vegetable has a beneficial effect on the heart. Other substances contained in eggplant help to maintain the acid-base and salt balance at an optimal level, and break down fats.

That is why a diet with a lot of eggplants will help people who want to lose weight, get rid of existing constipation, as well as those who suffer from gout.
